Lilleshall Steel stockholders and processors. Established in the 1600's as an iron and hardware company Lilleshall Steel is an integral part of the South West industrial community. We've remained the largest stockholder in Gloucestershire because of our innovative approach to technology and personnel surrounding the process of supplying the industrial community in ever quicker and more efficient ways with their steel requirements.

Lilleshall Steel is continuing to grow and we have recently enjoyed our most productive year having sold more tonnes than at any other time in the past ten years and that was in a year badly effected by flooding. A sales team of 12 including area and structural sales specialists enable us to commit ourselves to providing a flexible, personal service for all types of steel users.

Being part of the Barrett Steel Group, the largest independent stockholding group in the country means we have access to a nationwide operation and technological infrastructure. With over 25 general steel depots located across the country plus specialist Tube, Precision Tube, Engineering Bar and Profiling depots we have easy access to over 80,000 Tonnes ex-stock.  

As well as our full cutting facilities at Gloucester each depot is also equipped with full cutting facilities, this on top of seven depots equipped withfull shotblasting and painting facilities and two with new automated drilling lines. Our new Omega Steel site specialising in the processing of structural sections represents a £6 million investment and holds the highest technologically equipped shotblaster and painter in the country. Other investments include the jumbo laser cutting machine which is the largest laser cutting machine in the country and the only one able to laser cut tubes over 550 mm wide and 18 m long, this adds to the current three laser tube cutting machines and further compounds our position as the largest laser tube company in the UK.
